Join author & writing coach Darcy Patrick for an afternoon of Creative Writing For The Mind, Body & Soul.
The Oakville Public Library is pleased to present as part of Culture Days, Darcy Patrick, Author & Writing Coach. Darcy will be telling his story of how he won his life back from the darkness of depression. Also teaching the first section of his Creative Writing For The Mind, Body & Soul Program. You will learn to write journal entries, thought records, quick thought records and create your own affirmations! Darcy will help turn writing into your best friend! All you need for this presentation is a pen, a journal, an open mind and a willingness to see the world in new ways!
