Join us each month for Healing Hub, a welcoming space designed for anyone navigating the challenges of caregiving, grief, or both. 18+

Whether you’re supporting a loved one through illness, coping with loss, or simply seeking understanding community, this program offers a gentle pause from the demands of everyday life.

Each session provides:

• Supportive conversation in a safe, judgment-free environment
• Resources and strategies for emotional well-being and caregiver resilience
• Guided reflection activities to help process stress, change, and healing
• Opportunities to connect with others who understand your journey

All are welcome-caregivers, those experiencing grief, and anyone seeking connection. Come as you are. You do not need to attend every month to participate.
