Join Oakvillegreen for a tree walk in the beautiful Lakeside area. Meet at Central Library's Navy Street Entrance at 120 Navy Street Age 19+
Explore some of the majestic heritage trees in the downtown historic district and along Lake Ontario. It takes decades for some trees to reach maturity but once established, large mature trees provide numerous benefits to humans and wildlife, and improve the livability in urban environments. There is a lot we can learn about and from trees and be inspired to take responsibility about our invaluable urban forest!
Please meet at the front of Central Library, Navy Street entrance at 120 Navy Street. There is paid parking behind the library and in nearby parking lots.
