Rest and rejuvenate through sensory awareness and mindfulness while immersing yourself and deepening your relationship with nature.

Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, which gives you the chance to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Experience the benefits of slow-paced wandering in nature with a trained forest therapy guide Sock Gee!

What to wear and bring

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. This is a rain or shine event unless severe weather is in the forecast. If it rains, please wear waterproof layers or bring an umbrella.  It is highly recommended that you bring a sit pad (we will have some extras), and a backpack for your possessions to keep your hands free. Bring a beverage of your choice for the tea service at the end of the session.
