Join Canada Learning Code for an introduction to various social media platforms that can be used to brand and market your business.

Canada Learning Code is a non-profit organization that brings accessible computer science to all people across Canada - particularly women, transgender, beyond binary individuals and racialized people - so that everyone can create with technology. They do this by partnering with educators, designing resources, and delivering learning experiences.

In this virtual program, participants will learn the tools used to build a logo and create a style guide. You will create four different social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) and learn how to navigate each platform from a business perspective. From there we'll move onto learning about social media ethics, privacy, and customer experience. Finally, we'll explore how to promote your business using Google My Business and Canva to create your own business cards.
