In celebration of Seniors month, join us for this one-hour virtual session with Jonathan Weigand, Associate at Kimel Law Group in Toronto.
Mr. Weigand will share his expertise in the unique legal issues and needs of older adults discuss a variety of topics, including capacity concerns, the importance of powers of attorney, and remedies for financial abuse of seniors. Learn about the rights and responsibilities of older adults and those who care for them under Ontario law.
